FAQ

Do you make all the products?

We make all of the Wellydog products ourselves. Mrs Wellydog, is the main creative person and Mr Wellydog is technical support, and makes all the wood supports and frames for the glass.

Do you post worldwide?

We currently only post within the UK.

Will you take my work in the shop?

We love stocking work from other Cornish crafters.  We work on a sale or return basis. We only take hand crafted items made in Cornwall, and don’t like to repeat work we already stock, so can’t accept needle felting, fused glass, paintings, wooden items, glass painting or  jewellery,
If you are interested in stocking items with us, contact Janice for a chat.  Mrswellydog@gmail.com
Please can I ask kindly that you don’t just arrive at the shop without first making an appointment.

Can we buy your products anywhere else?

We are so busy making for our shop and our online shop we don’t want to spread ourselves too thin, and compromise on quality, so you can only buy our products directly from us.

Can you personalise items?

Yes we can. We can write notes to pack into parcels to if you want to send a gift directly to someone. Please just email and we will be happy to do that.

With regards to fused glass items, some we may be able to personalise with names or dates, but it depends on the product, so please contact us. Dont be shy, just ask.

Do you make to order?

We can indeed . Janice ( Mrs Wellydog) can discuss options and make drawings and sometimes samples to show you. If you feel you are happy for us to make your piece, then we will agree a price and would need a 50% deposit. We have done many pieces previously and am happy to discuss any idea you may have.

What are your delivery costs?

We have five standard postage costs

Large letter for small dangles £1.70

Large letter for bunting £2.35

Large letter for coasters £3.00

Small parcel which is £4.00

Medium parcel which is £6.50

For multiple item orders, you will be charged the most expensive rate for the items in your basket.
