Join me in my newly revamped Garage studio

But alternatively you can hire the space, with tools for £10 per hour per person. plus material and firing costs. Half hours are available. Up to a maximum of 4 people . To be able to book the studio. you must first attend one of my workshops, or show your understanding of safety and a general ability to cut glass safely, at the beginning of the first session. I reserve the right to refuse anyone I feel is unsafe within the space. ( any fees paid will be refunded) .
For safety, no alcohol is allowed in the workshop. Tea and coffee is available.
You can arrange a viewing of the studio in advance to see if it fits your requirements.
Only materials approved or bought though us will be able to be fired in the kilns. Cost of materials and firings, will be calculated depending on what you require. Although these will not be taught sessions. I will be on hand for assistance.
My studio is small, but well thought out . It has several work tops, a table and chairs, and stools. It has a glass kiln for work up to 40cm. Fused glass cutters, tools and moulds. A limited amount of materials are available to purchase . If you want materials ordered in for a specific project, please allow up to 7 days for them to arrive.
We only use bullseye glass in the studio.
There is also a limited amount of pottery tools , a portable Shimpo Wheel and a small pottery kiln available to use. Only stoneware clay is used in the studio and I would prefer if you used materials supplied by me (for a small charge) to ensure consistency. Glazes and firing at an extra cost, depending on the project.
Suitable clothing and closed toe shoes to be worn at all times.
